Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lars Kay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dumuzid Milani!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kay fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Milani on the side of the head.
Milani rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kay moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kay rushes Milani and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Milani lands a hook to the side of the head.
Kay tightens his grip and picks Milani up, before dumping him to the ground. Milani manages to land in guard.
Kay pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Milani is keeping the position for now.
Kay postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Milani is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kay is staying active underneath Milani, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Milani tries to stand and escape but Kay is controlling the position.
Kay is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Milani pulls his head out easily.
Milani wants to control but Kay is keeping him busy.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kay looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kay has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Milani. Oh but Kay has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Milani goes limp - he's gone! Kay jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
