Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin McGuire (ranked 374 p4p, 283 weight class) and Alborz Mumu (ranked 62 p4p, 45 weight class). McGuire comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mumu forces McGuire back against the cage and clinches.

McGuire had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mumu defends it easily.

It looked like McGuire wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
McGuire rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mumu moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McGuire cracks Mumu with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
McGuire throws a nice looking combination but Mumu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mumu replies with a solid counter kick to the body but McGuire blocks it well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
