Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sein Win Pyae (ranked 4566 p4p, 1391 weight class) and Gillechriosd McCoy (ranked 479 p4p, 178 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sein Win Pyae!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gillechriosd McCoy!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pyae moves away.
A left lands for McCoy.
Pyae swings and misses with a shot to the body

and McCoy counters with a crisp right hand that drops Pyae! McCoy lets Pyae back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Pyae is rocked!

It looks like Sein Win Pyae has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McCoy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
McCoy is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Pyae flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Pyae is out cold! McCoy holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Gillechriosd McCoy was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
