Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Betty Crocker (ranked 2718 p4p, 3046 weight class) and Micahel Anderson (ranked 350 p4p, 403 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Micahel Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson scores with a jab. Crocker acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Anderson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Crocker lands a lovely overhand right.
A combination from Anderson does no damage.
Nice shot by Crocker.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Anderson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Crocker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Anderson cracks Crocker with a good jab.
Crocker connects with a good right hand that stumbles Anderson. Anderson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Donk. Crocker catches Anderson right on the button with a cross.
Crocker works the jab nicely.

Anderson is rocked!

Crocker fakes the body blow, causing Anderson to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Anderson goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
