Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Douglas (ranked 476 p4p, 803 weight class) and Tarik Oren (ranked 9 p4p, 125 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Douglas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tarik Oren!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oren misses with a looping right.
Douglas is looking for a counter combo.
Oren throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Douglas moves out of range as Oren strikes.
Douglas bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Tarik Oren has been cut.
Douglas cracks Oren with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Oren looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Douglas finish him?
Oren is rocked!
Oren thows a leg kick but Douglas checks it
and Douglas rattles Oren with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Oren tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Douglas dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Oren stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Arthur Douglas!
