The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillips misses with a wild combination.
Chino tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Phillips manages to circle out of the way.

Chino shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Phillips is trying to defend but Chino finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Chino seems to be working for a kimura but Phillips defends the submission attempt.

Chino is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Phillips rolls with it to try and escape but Chino cranks on the arm and Phillips is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
