Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iago Farfan (ranked 2184 p4p, 2110 weight class) and Paulo Kogos (ranked 299 p4p, 288 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paulo Kogos!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kogos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kogos goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Farfan has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kogos but great work by Farfan.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Farfan cracks Kogos with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Farfan has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kogos to stand back up!

Kogos is rocked!
Farfan drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Kogos's head, knocking him out cold! Farfan is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Iago Farfan!
During a confident post fight interview, Iago Farfan thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
