Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eros Valentino (ranked 3771 p4p, 5810 weight class) and Kane Yamamoto (ranked 189 p4p, 264 weight class). Valentino comes to the cage accompanied by Faint - Linkin Park. On his way into the cage it seems that Eros Valentino has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Eros Valentino seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eros Valentino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kane Yamamoto!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentino swinging wildly here.
Valentino tests Yamamoto's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Yamamoto takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Valentino connects with a single shot there.
Yamamoto with a lazy takedown attempt
and Valentino cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Yamamoto takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Valentino scores with a decent looking hook.
Valentino lands with an uppercut that bounces Yamamoto off the cage and back into range.
Yamamoto tries for a takedown but Valentino sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Valentino stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Valentino lands a body shot.
Valentino darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Yamamoto with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Valentino to score with a decent uppercut.
Eros Valentino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yamamoto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Valentino pinned against the cage. Valentino gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Eros Valentino has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kane Yamamoto.

Valentino works Yamamoto's body with a nice hook.
The crowd cheers as Valentino lands an impressive looking overhand right. Yamamoto doesn't seem phased though.
Valentino changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Valentino lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Valentino connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Yamamoto's hands.

A left and a right from Valentino both land. Nice combination.
Yamamoto is rocked!
Valentino connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Yamamoto is still on wobbly legs! Can Valentino finish him?

Valentino rushes Yamamoto with punches - Yamamoto moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Yamamoto goes down! Valentino follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eros Valentino!
An out of breath Eros Valentino thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
