The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Khrapov Jr darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Khrapov Jr misses with a wild body shot.

Khrapov Jr uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Sisko's corner calls for a 1-2. Sisko obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Khrapov Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sisko lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Vasily Khrapov Jr is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

It seemed like Khrapov Jr was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Khrapov Jr cracks Sisko with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Sisko falls to his knees and Khrapov Jr doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
