Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Clint Rivers!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivers moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Robertson scores with a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Robertson. Rivers does a little dance to reset his feet.

Rivers gets a takedown into half guard.
Robertson is looking to improve his position.
Rivers slows the pace down in half guard.
Robertson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Rivers lands with a punch from half guard.
Rivers lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Rivers working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Robertson tries to get to full guard but Rivers has control of the leg.
Robertson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Robertson tries to get out of the position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rivers connects with a nice short shot to Robertson's temple.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rivers in particular looking to stall.

Rivers is nestled in close to Robertson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Robertson is looking for a sweep. Rivers is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
