Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Colins White (ranked 4366 p4p, 3048 weight class) and Bens Jamins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bens Jamins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Colins White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bens Jamins!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamins throws a right and a left that both miss.

White moves into the clinch.

White lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
White is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
White throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Jamins to regain full guard.
White throws an elbow that misses. Jamins uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in White's guard. Nice move by Jamins!

White is controlling Jamins's posture.

Jamins won't allow White to sweep him here.

Jamins avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
White bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jamins's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jamins being controlled here, momentarily.
White will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Jamins escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. White gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
White stands up over Jamins, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
White is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
White has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jamins is on top in guard.

White is adopting a defensive guard.
White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

White is working hard here to advance position.

White has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Jamins is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for White.
White can't do much from the bottom here.
Jamins has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Milkys Cave. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
White is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
White has one of Jamins's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Bens Jamins will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

White scores with a head kick.
White throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Jamins's head.
White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
White slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

White lands a big head kick that sends Jamins tumbling to the mat! White takes a step backwards and waves Jamins back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jamins is rocked!

White gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Jamins is still on wobbly legs! Can White finish him?

White breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jamins seems to have recovered his senses.
Jamins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but White moves away.
White fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
White avoids a punch combination nicely.

Jamins tries to keep at a distance but White has taken the fight into the clinch.

White escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jamins is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
White scores with a jab to the jaw.
Jamins throws a series of punches but White moves out of range.
It looked like White wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

White lands a big uppercut and Jamins crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jamins looks OK. White waves Jamins back to his feet!

White clinches up with Jamins and pushes him back against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A quick uppercut on the inside from White.

White breaks the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Jamins waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract White.

White closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Jamins throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice uppercut lands for White. That snapped Jamins's head back.
Jamins is breathing heavily.

White lands a big head kick that sends Jamins tumbling to the mat! White takes a step backwards and waves Jamins back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Jamins is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. White Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Jamins is out cold, face down on the mat!
