Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georges St Pierre (ranked 24690 p4p, 3187 weight class) and Pierre Ledoux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think St Pierre might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Face the Pain. Georges St Pierre has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pierre Ledoux!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Roger Salmon and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ledoux throws a shot to the body.
Ledoux wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ledoux scores with the left hand. St Pierre knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Georges St Pierre has been cut.
Ledoux rushes St Pierre and presses him up against the cage.
Ledoux is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. St Pierre can't fight it off and eventually Ledoux manages to take the fight to the floor. St Pierre looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ledoux working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of St Pierre's head.
St Pierre knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ledoux on the ground.
Ledoux postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
My spies in Gym inform me that Ledoux has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Ledoux keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of St Pierre's head.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ledoux accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
St Pierre has momentary wrist control but Ledoux slips an elbow through the middle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Let's hope that Ledoux has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ledoux is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Ledoux is working St Pierre over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Ledoux stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. St Pierre swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ledoux wants to pass the guard but St Pierre is keeping the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

St Pierre just misses with a punch to the body.

Ledoux has clasped his hands together around St Pierre's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Ledoux goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, St Pierre has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ledoux but great work by St Pierre.

Ledoux is concentrating on defense, preventing St Pierre from advancing position.
Ledoux slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
St Pierre won't allow Ledoux to sweep him here.

St Pierre has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ledoux is proving hard to escape from.
Ledoux is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ledoux is sneakily working for an arm triangle but St Pierre sees it coming and defends easily.
Ledoux works his foot free and advances to mount.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
St Pierre walks into a straight right hand from Ledoux.
Ledoux throws out a powerful jab.
No joy there for St Pierre, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ledoux fails to land the takedown.
Ledoux paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ledoux walks into a left hand.
Ledoux throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck St Pierre on the side of the head.
St Pierre is rocked!
The fight stays on the outside here - St Pierre looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ledoux has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Ledoux cracks St Pierre with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends St Pierre tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ledoux pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! St Pierre is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pierre Ledoux!
Pierre Ledoux gave a mention to FUClothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
The defeated Georges St Pierre had this to say: 'I'm training all the time. My goal is perfection. But I will never reach perfection'.
