Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marax El (ranked 3432 p4p, 24559 weight class) and Ternil Lamaj (ranked 0 p4p, 222 weight class). Lamaj has chosen Bloodlust til Dusk by - MORBID ANGEL as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ternil Lamaj!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and El wants it to stay on the feet.
Lamaj looks for a takedown but El sprawls well.
El jabs at Lamaj's body.
Lamaj looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Marax El has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ternil Lamaj.
Lamaj shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and El counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Lamaj gets the takedown into side control.
El knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lamaj on the ground.

Lamaj tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
El tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Lamaj wants to lay and pray for a moment but El keeps working.

El is looking for a sweep.

Lamaj thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Lamaj cracks El with a big right hand but El just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Lamaj gets to mount! El was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Lamaj moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, El has worked his arm free - good work by El!
Lamaj is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down El's shoulder. That is not cool.

Lamaj trying to control the action but El is working from the bottom.

Lamaj tries for a kimura but El is defending well.
El can't do much from the bottom here.
Lamaj throws a strike aimed at the side of El's head but El avoids it well.
Lamaj wants to lay and pray for a moment but El keeps working.

Lamaj is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, El has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Lamaj lands a nice forearm strike.
El avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lamaj.
El on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if El tries to get out of the position.
Lamaj wants to control but El is keeping him busy.

Lamaj is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, El has escaped the position, nice work there.

Lamaj is trying to get an arm triangle but El is defending well.

Lamaj trying to control the position but El is working away.
The ground and pound from Lamaj seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Lamaj tries to move to mount but El blocks the move with his legs.

El prevents Lamaj from moving into mount.

Lamaj is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but El is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Lamaj tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lamaj has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Ternil Lamaj dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

El is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
El scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lamaj looks for a takedown but El sprawls well.
Lamaj fails with the takedown.
El works Lamaj's body with a nice hook.

El sends Lamaj crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! El is motioning to the referee to let Lamaj up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Ternil Lamaj has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lamaj switches off momentarily and El cracks him with a monster right hand! Lamaj topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as El dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by El!
