Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Hoost (ranked 166 p4p, 213 weight class) and Gothic Line (ranked 27 p4p, 37 weight class). Clarence Hoost has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Clarence Hoost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gothic Line!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Line jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Clarence Hoost has been cut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Line, as that shot connected.
Line connects with a nice looking jab.
Line throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Line throws the left hand but Hoost avoids the punch easily.
Line tests Hoost's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Clarence Hoost's cut is getting worse.
Hoost slips under a jab.
Line throws out a loose jab but Hoost uses good head movement to avoid it.
A swing and a miss from Line.
Hoost looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Line blocks a head kick by Hoost.
Line throws a shot from downtown. Hoost moves away and avoids it.
Hoost on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hoost wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Line throws a big shot that misses.
Hoost's jab looks to have found its range, popping Line under the eye.
Hoost takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Clarence Hoost's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Line is trying to force a seperation but Hoost has the dominant position.
Line pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Line misses the jab.
An attempted straight right counter from Hoost misses the target.
Hoost ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Line moves away.
Line swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hoost tried to counter with a leg kick but Line avoided it.
A clash of legs there as Line blocks the low kick.
A swing and a miss from Line.
Hoost throwing a counter right hand but Line manages to avoid it.
Hoost slips a jab from Line.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A big left from Hoost misses.
Line displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Line looks for the body kick but Hoost saw that one coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A slapping leg kick lands for Hoost.
Line fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hoost staying out of range there.
Hoost avoids a punch combination nicely.
Line bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hoost's head backwards.
Jeez, Clarence Hoost's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Clarence Hoost's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Gothic Line!
After the fight, Gothic Line was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
