Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Senior Tres Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ranston Branston!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Branston fails in his attempt to clinch.
A combination from Tres Santos does no damage.
Branston shoots in for a takedown but Tres Santos shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Branston tries for a takedown but Tres Santos circles away easily
and Tres Santos counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
No luck for Branston with that takedown attempt.
Senior Tres Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ranston Branston.
Tres Santos lands a jab to Branston's midsection.
Tres Santos slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Branston shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tres Santos as he avoids it easily.
Tres Santos digs a good hook to Branston's body.
Tres Santos cracks Branston with a good jab.
Branston dodges the punch combination from Tres Santos.

Tres Santos cracks Branston on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Branston falls backwards against the ropes. Tres Santos follows up with more strikes that drop Branston to his knees. Tres Santos keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Branston! This one is all over!
