Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clinch King Smash Machine (ranked 1866 p4p, 1480 weight class) and Moritz Zimmerman (ranked 251 p4p, 195 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Smash Machine thuds his right hand into Zimmerman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Moritz Zimmerman has been cut.
A punch combination from Smash Machine misses.
Zimmerman tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Zimmerman takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Zimmerman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Smash Machine was covering up waiting for the punch and Zimmerman finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Zimmerman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Zimmerman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zimmerman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smash Machine is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zimmerman is controlling him.
