Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kabelo Nyambe (ranked 3935 p4p, 4906 weight class) and Horley Gore (ranked 365 p4p, 413 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyambe walks into a left hand.
Nyambe loads up on a big right hand but Gore slips the punch.
Gore throws out a counter right but Nyambe avoids it with no problem.
Nyambe thuds a left hand into Gore's body.
A slow jab from Gore misses its intended target.
It looked like Nyambe was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Gore cracks Nyambe with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Nyambe fails to land with a series of punches.
Nyambe takes a swing at Gore's ribcage but misses.
Gore fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Nyambe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gore throws an overhand right that lands on Nyambe's shoulder, as Nyambe tries to avoid the shot.
Nyambe lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Nyambe lands with a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nyambe uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gore.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Gore! But no joy.

It looks like Horley Gore has been cut.
Nyambe definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nyambe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gore.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nyambe. Gore does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gore is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Nyambe with a body shot.
Gore slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Nyambe tries to land a front kick but Gore steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Oh Nyambe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nyambe throws a sloppy head kick and Gore moves out of range easily.
Gore let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Nyambe seems to have got his legs back now.

Nyambe fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gore manages to avoid it.
Nyambe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gore moves away.

Gore thuds his right hand into Nyambe's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Gore throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nyambe sees it coming and avoids it easily.

enabling Gore to counter with a crisp jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Nyambe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

It looked like Nyambe was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Nyambe is looking to wear down Gore with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Gore has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Gore is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Nyambe had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

BOOM! Gore lands a beautiful left hook that drops Nyambe. Nyambe tries to recover but Gore is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Nyambe lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
