Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Africa Boombada (ranked 884 p4p, 843 weight class) and Charlie IV (ranked 137 p4p, 133 weight class). Boombada's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Here comes the Boom by- P.O.D. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Africa Boombada!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Charlie IV!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
IV pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Boombada seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Boombada tests IV's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Charlie IV has been cut.
IV walks into a jab.
Boombada misses with a right hand
and IV counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
IV lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boombada circles away quickly and effectively.
Boombada looks to throw the jab but IV is out of range.
IV defending well as Boombada loads up on a big left hand.
Boombada throws a looping overhand right but IV ducks down to avoid it.
IV lands with a straight right. Boombada didn't see that one coming.
Boombada looks to score with a jab to the body but IV is just out of range.
IV scores with a takedown into Boombada's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
IV works over Boombada with some ground and pound from guard.
IV has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Boombada has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Boombada's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

IV not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Boombada utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
IV is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
IV throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boombada is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Boombada wants to hit a sweep here but IV passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Boombada there!
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw IV working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Boombada is wriggling around trying to escape.
IV lands a couple of good shots and Boombada has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
IV slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Boombada knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for IV on the ground.

IV keeps control of the position easily here as Boombada tries to buck him off.

IV lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
IV lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Boombada hold on?!

The referee is taking a good look at Boombada as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from IV!

IV lands a shot to the head.

A bit of a pause in the action here. IV controlling the positon.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Charlie IV dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Charlie IV's cut.
That's time! Boombada's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Boombada lands with a shot to the body.
Boombada throws a lazy right hand but IV sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
IV throws a series of punches but Boombada moves out of range.
Boombada throws a hook but IV blocks it.
IV moves out of range as Boombada strikes.
IV swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boombada bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of IV's head.
Boombada drops IV with a beautiful combination! IV stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Boombada is looking for the KO!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
IV swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
IV tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boombada was well out of range. Poor timing from IV.
Nice defenses there by Boombada.
Boombada drops IV with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but IV looks back up at him and smiles so Boombada waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
IV is rocked!
That has opened up Charlie IV's cut even more.
IV circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Boombada. IV falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Boombada!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Africa Boombada!
Africa Boombada retains his heavyweight title!
Post fight, Africa Boombada stared into the camera and said 'NO ONE is touching me in this division....WHO WANTS THESE HANDS?'.
