With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kohinata Minoru Ii!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Ben Hemmingworth and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie blocks a jab.
Minoru Ii's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Minoru Ii duly obliges.

It looks like James Gracie has been cut.
Minoru Ii darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gracie's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Minoru Ii connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gracie scrambles back to his feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Still in the clinch, Minoru Ii scores with a nice short uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Minoru Ii smiles and moves away.

Kohinata Minoru Ii is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Minoru Ii keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Gracie is rocked!
Gracie fails with the takedown.
Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gracie dives in for a single leg takedown but Minoru Ii sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Minoru Ii pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Minoru Ii cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Gracie looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Minoru Ii finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Minoru Ii counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
