The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stevi is fending him off so far but Jones persists. Nope, Stevi circles away and we're back to standing.

Stevi rushes Jones and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Stevi lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Stevi lands a hook that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Stevi lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Jones fails to pull guard.
Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Stevi smiles and moves away.
Steve Stevi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dexter Jones.
Jones fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Stevi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stevi misses with a lunging right hand
letting Jones counter with a right hand.
Stevi slips under a jab from Jones.
Stevi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jones is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Stevi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Stevi throws a body punch but Jones moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stevi misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jones.

Stevi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Stevi jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Steve Stevi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Stevi lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Stevi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Stevi lands an elbow that stopped Jones in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Dexter Jones has been cut.
Stevi lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Jones fails to pull guard.
Stevi lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Jones is trying to pull guard but Stevi turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Jones takes an elbow to the forehead.

Stevi lands with a light punch inside.

Jones is rocked!

The fighters are playing wrist control here with Jones pressed against the cage. Stevi frees himself up and cracks Jones with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Jones crumples to the floor, out cold! Stevi jumps on to the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
