Fury comes to the cage accompanied by STREET FIGHTER THEME SONG. Ken Fury has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Fury.

It looks like Yamamura Torvald has been cut.
Torvald rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Fury counters with a right hand that sends Torvald tumbling to the canvas! Can Fury finish him? He dives into Torvald's guard looking to do just that!

Fury is trying to work for a kimura but Torvald is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Torvald keeps control of the position for the meantime.

Fury wants to pass the guard but Torvald is defending well.
Torvald is trying to get back to full guard.
Fury trying to mount his opponent but Torvald defends it.
Fury throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Torvald to regain full guard.
Torvald looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Fury has gone for a leg lock! Torvald slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fury's guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Torvald makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

It looks like Ken Fury has been cut.
Torvald cracks Fury with a solid left hand.

Torvald must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Fury escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Torvald gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fury is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Torvald stands up over Fury, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Ken Fury's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ken Fury's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
