Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo De Geno (ranked 578 p4p, 1553 weight class) and Aleksi Heimo (ranked 35 p4p, 94 weight class). De Geno comes to the cage accompanied by DE MEXICO SONG. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pablo De Geno!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aleksi Heimo!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heimo misses with a body punch
and De Geno counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Heimo throws out a leg kick but De Geno moves out of range and Heimo only half commits.
De Geno is looking for a counter combo.
Heimo throws a body kick that misses
and De Geno counters with a three punch combo that has Heimo backing up. Heimo nods at De Geno to acknowledge the strikes.
De Geno does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Heimo misses the shot to the body.
Heimo lands with a good body shot.
Heimo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck De Geno on the side of the head.
Heimo misses the shot to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from De Geno misses the target.
Heimo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
De Geno throws a shot from downtown. Heimo moves away and avoids it.
Heimo throws out a counter right but De Geno avoids it with no problem.
Heimo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and De Geno has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Heimo is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. De Geno just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Heimo has gone limp and this one is over!
