Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ilari Rahamies (ranked 2704 p4p, 6100 weight class) and Shigatsu Miyamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miyamoto is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 82.99 FM. On his way into the cage it seems that Ilari Rahamies has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ilari Rahamies seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyamoto shoots for a double leg takedown but Rahamies sprawls well. He's pushed Miyamoto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
As Miyamoto backs away, Rahamies returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Miyamoto closes the distance looking to clinch
and Rahamies counters with a nice uppercut.
Miyamoto just misses with a punch to the body.
Rahamies is looking for a counter combo.
Miyamoto tries to clinch up.
A big right from Miyamoto misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Miyamoto looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rahamies lands a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miyamoto fails with the takedown
and Rahamies counters with a nice body shot.
Rahamies scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Shigatsu Miyamoto has been cut.
Miyamoto tries to bum rush Rahamies with a series of wild strikes but Rahamies uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Miyamoto moves out of range of the strikes.
Miyamoto takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Miyamoto is rocked!
Shigatsu Miyamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Rahamies engages and cracks Miyamoto with a massive lead left hook - Miyamoto tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Rahamies is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
