The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baxxter scores with a head kick. Bob tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Nice body punch from Baxxter.
Baxxter digs a good hook to Bob's body.
Baxxter takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Bob throws a series of punches but Baxxter moves out of range.
Bob misses with a shot to the body
and Baxxter counters with a stiff right hand.
Baxxter just misses with a punch to the body.
Bob throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Baxxter counters with a nice body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Baxxter there.
We've been told by Baxxter's head coaches at Is It Avatary Enough? that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Baxxter throws a wild body kick that Bob sees coming a mile off.
Baxxter with a nice cross.
Baxxter lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Bob steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Baxxter.
Baxxter looks to score with a jab to the body but Bob is just out of range.
Baxxter looks to land a left hand but Bob moved out of range nicely.
A telegraphed right hand from Bob misses the target.
Bob misses with an uppercut
and Baxxter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Baxxter drops his hands momentarily and Bob takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Bob is looking to slow Baxxter down with leg kicks.
Baxxter takes one to the side of the head.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Baxxter uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bob.
A little feinted left hand from Baxxter on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Baxxter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bob swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Baxxter lands with a shot to the body.
Baxxter connects with a body shot.
Bob throws a leg kick
and Baxxter counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Baxxter tries to land a body kick
and Bob counters with a series of strikes. Baxxter will be more careful next time no doubt.
Baxxter works over Bob's head and body with a nice combination.

Baxxter thuds his shin into the meat of Bob's side.
Bob throws a big shot that misses.
Baxxter is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Baxxter throws a sloppy head kick and Bob moves out of range easily.
Baxxter is looking to wear down Bob with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Baxxter misses with a hook. Bob ducked under it nicely.
Bob now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Baxxter moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Baxxter throws a nice inside leg kick.
Baxxter throws a hook to the side of Bob's head but Bob sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Baxxter takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Baxxter throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bob's head.
A swing and a miss from Baxxter.
Bob pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Baxxter throws a lazy head kick
and Bob counters with a nice uppercut.
Baxxter moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bob on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Bob throws an off balance right hand
enabling Baxxter to counter with a crisp jab.
Bob tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Baxxter was well out of range. Poor timing from Bob.
Bob with the inside leg kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Hans Peter Baxxter dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Bob counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Baxxter misses with a head kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Bob! But no joy.
Bob takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Baxxter! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Hans Peter Baxxter thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
