The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall misses with an uppercut. Iwaga Genochin saw that one coming.
Iwaga Genochin only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Iwaga Genochin misses with a low kick.
Iwaga Genochin throws a head kick but Hall moves out of range.
Hall slips under a jab from Iwaga Genochin.
As Iwaga Genochin tries to get set, Hall tries to push him back and clinch up but Iwaga Genochin manages to avoid the attempt.
Iwaga Genochin gets off balance looking for a body kick

and Hall counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hall slows down the pace here.
Hall jumps guard but Iwaga Genochin stands there with Hall around his waist. Hall gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hall blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Iwaga Genochin blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Iwaga Genochin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Iwaga Genochin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Iwaga Genochin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Hall holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Hall tries to land knees in the clinch but Iwaga Genochin avoids the damage to the body.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Iwaga Genochin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Robbie Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Iwaga Genochin misses with a low kick as Hall jumps back.
Hall is looking to counter the offense by Iwaga Genochin and move into the clinch.
Iwaga Genochin scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hall doesn't seem bothered though.

Hall takes the fight into the clinch.

Iwaga Genochin tries to circle away but Hall has him pinned against the cage.

Hall takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Iwaga Genochin throws a right hand that Hall ducks under and follows up with a left that Hall also avoids with ease.
Hall tries to counter by clinching up but Iwaga Genochin breaks away and moves out of range.

and Hall counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hall's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Hall gets control of Iwaga Genochin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hall will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hall is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Iwaga Genochin frees his head nicely. Oh but Hall has switched to an armbar! Iwaga Genochin is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
