The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahonen on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Blazevic scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mahonen doesn't seem bothered though.
Blazevic staying out of range there.
Blazevic keeps the fight on the outside.
Blazevic throws a good cross that connects.

Mahonen ducks into a a hook from Blazevic and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!

Mahonen is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blazevic throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Mahonen cracks Blazevic with an open hand slap.
Blazevic closes the distance and catches Mahonen with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Mahonen is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Mahonen is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Mahonen is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Blazevic takes it!
