Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Albert Abdullayev (ranked 4617 p4p, 4600 weight class) and Hank Dickson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abdullayev comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - In Da Club (Caucasian Remix). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdullayev takes one to the side of the head.
Abdullayev takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dickson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Abdullayev fails with a takedown attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dickson lands with a short head shot on the inside.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dickson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Abdullayev is trying to pull guard but Dickson turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Dickson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Abdullayev is defending well for now.

Abdullayev has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dickson uses from the top position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dickson rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Abdullayev is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dickson wants to control but Abdullayev is keeping busy.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Dickson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Abdullayev defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dickson is trying to keep Abdullayev in close.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
A jab from Dickson finds it's way through Abdullayev's defenses.
Abdullayev shoots in looking for a takedown but Dickson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Abdullayev's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Abdullayev walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dickson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Abdullayev off and has taken his back!

Dickson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Abdullayev does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Dickson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Abdullayev won't allow Dickson to pass to mount.

Abdullayev has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Dickson. Oh but Abdullayev has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Dickson goes limp - he's gone! Abdullayev jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Albert Abdullayev!
In his post fight interview, Albert Abdullayev started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
