And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Agustin Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Garcia.
Garcia tries to clinch up but Rico circles away and keeps his distance.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Garcia has eaten all the pies!
Rico lands with an uppercut that bounces Garcia off the cage and back into range.
Rico moves into range and connects with a jab.
Garcia wants to clinch.
A low kick lands for Rico.

Rico has managed to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garcia is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Garcia tries for a takedown but Rico manages to get underhooks.
Garcia tries to score a body lock takedown but Rico shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Rico fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Garcia, pushing him back against the cage.

Rico lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Garcia misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Garcia has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rico avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Garcia with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rico to score with a decent uppercut.

Rico connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Rico misses with an uppercut. Garcia saw that one coming.
Rico digs a good body shot into Garcia's ribs.

Garcia is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Garcia tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rico smiles and moves away.
Garcia misses with a kick to the body.

Garcia clinches.
Rico tries to work over Garcia's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Rico blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Rico.
Rico with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Rico tries a knee to the head but Garcia blocks it.

Rico misses with a hook to the ribs.

Garcia's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Garcia throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rico connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Garcia's hands.

That has opened up Agustin Garcia's cut even more.

Rico clinches.
Garcia changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rico fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rico lands a brutal head kick. Garcia looks out on his feet and Rico throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Juanito Rico thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
