Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Fury (ranked 2442 p4p, 2830 weight class) and Gabriel Havran (ranked 339 p4p, 384 weight class). Fury comes into the arena with Astronaut in the ocean blaring out of the sound system. James Fury is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Havran throws a left and a right that both miss
and Fury cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Gabriel Havran has been cut.
Havran throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Fury counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Fury stands and throws Havran's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Fury wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Havran, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fury wants to take a breather but Havran manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Fury.
Fury is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fury is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Havran is surviving well by controlling Fury's body position as best he can.

Fury is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Havran is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fury prevents Havran from escaping the position.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Some wild striking there from Fury.
Havran stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Havran wants it to stay on the feet.
Fury throws a right and a left that Havran avoids nicely.
Fury misses with a few strikes there.
Gabriel Havran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Havran throws a lazy right hand but Fury sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Havran has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Havran pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Fury appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

and Fury counters with a stiff right hand.

Fury's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Havran throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fury connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fury throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Havran connects with a body shot that sends Fury's belly button to the back.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
A punch combination from Fury misses.
The fighters circle momentarily. Havran darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Fury fails with a takedown attempt.
Fury showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Havran.
Havran will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fury takes one to the chin there.
Fury loses concentration momentarily and Havran pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Fury crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Havran finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
