Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dumitru Mazilu (ranked 5080 p4p, 3467 weight class) and Jerman Christ (ranked 597 p4p, 453 weight class). Mazilu comes into the arena with Noi suntem poporul, jos cu dictatoru blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazilu throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Christ counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Christ is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Mazilu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Christ tries to avoid it but Mazilu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Christ to the ground. Christ escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Christ lunges at Mazilu with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mazilu's hand.
Mazilu has his takedown stuffed
letting Christ counter with a right hand.
Christ is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Christ stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dumitru Mazilu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Christ lands a big uppercut and Mazilu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mazilu looks OK. Christ waves Mazilu back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mazilu tries for a takedown but Christ circles away easily
and Christ counters with a big left hand that crumples Mazilu! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
