Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miroslav Nurmagomedov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nixon Mesquita!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mesquita on his heels. He'll look to pass Mesquita's guard now, I'm sure.

That was a close second round but I would say that Miroslav Nurmagomedov will probably get the nod.

Nurmagomedov wants the takedown. Mesquita is fighting it off but Nurmagomedov persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mesquita's guard against the cage.
