Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryoto Takahashi (ranked 341 p4p, 613 weight class) and Michael Aalto (ranked 42 p4p, 71 weight class). Takahashi comes to the cage accompanied by TWIST THAT D*CK. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi swings widly with a right hand
and Takahashi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Aalto defending well as Takahashi loads up on a big left hand.

Aalto looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Aalto will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Aalto closes the distance and clinches up with Takahashi, looking for a takedown. Aalto pushes Takahashi against the cage but Takahashi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
It looked like Takahashi wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
