Smith has taken the fight to the clinch.
Machine using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Smith has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Machine gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Scott Smith has been cut.
Smith tries to work over Machine's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Smith takes an elbow to the temple.
Machine misses with a punch on the inside.
Machine lands a damaging elbow.
Machine lands with a short shot to the head.

Smith pushes off an throws an elbow but Machine leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
Machine lands an elbow that stopped Smith in his tracks for a moment.
