The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost looks to throw the jab but Erminus is out of range.
Frost looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Erminus throws a jab but it's blocked by Frost.
Frost throws a front kick aimed at Erminus's knee but Erminus avoids it well.
Erminus feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Erminus looks to land a left hand but Frost moved out of range nicely.
Erminus lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Erminus misses with a straight right.
Erminus swings for the body but Frost moves out of range.
Frost tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Erminus lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Frost drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Erminus defends it well.

Frost darts in and clinches Erminus up against the cage.
Frost tries to pull guard but Erminus holds him up against the cage and eventually Frost drops back down to his feet.

Frost jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Erminus walks away with a smile on his face. Frost gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Erminus throws a series of punches but Frost avoids them all with ease.
Frost drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Erminus defends it well.

Frost gets a double leg takedown into Erminus's guard.
Erminus seems keen to control Frost's posture.
Erminus has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Frost is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frost wants to control from the top but Erminus keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Frost rushes Erminus and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Frost jumps guard but Erminus stands there with Frost around his waist. Frost gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Frost tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Erminus smiles and moves away.

Erminus throws a body punch but Frost moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Frost misses the target.
Frost tries to score a power double leg takedown but Erminus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Frost somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost throws a hook to the side of Erminus's head but Erminus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Erminus was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Erminus is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Frost can do to turn this around?

Erminus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Frost on the ground.

Frost seems to be working for a kimura but Erminus defends the submission attempt.
Erminus on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Erminus tries to get out of the position.
