Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, August Jeaux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Torn Brot!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeaux swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A lazy left from Jeaux finds it's target.
Brot throws the left hand but Jeaux avoids the punch easily.
As Brot looks to move away, Jeaux throws a big counter combo but Brot just gets out of the way.
Brot blocks a leg kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Brot! But no joy.
Jeaux shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Jeaux misses with a left hand
letting Brot counter with a right hand.
Brot lands a jab-cross combination.
Jeaux swings for the body but Brot moves out of range.
Jeaux gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Brot working hard to break the clinch.
Jeaux lands a hook that snaps the head of Brot backwards.
Jeaux fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Jeaux successfully pulls guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brot engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Let's hope that Brot has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Brot wants to control from the top but Jeaux keeps moving.
Brot pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jeaux is keeping the position for now.
Brot controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Brot tries to free his leg and advance position but Jeaux is retaining full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Brot misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brot throws an off balance right hand
and Jeaux counters with a nice uppercut.
Jeaux takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Jeaux clobbers Brot with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Brot looks to throw the jab but Jeaux is out of range.
Jeaux loads up on a big right hand but Brot slips the punch.
A little jabbing left from Brot on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jeaux uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brot.
Brot throws a hook but Jeaux blocks it.
Jeaux staying out of range there.
Brot chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jeaux can pounce on him.

Brot throws a combination. Jeaux tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jeaux, as that shot connected.
Brot is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Brot throws a combination that misses
and Jeaux counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jeaux throws a low kick but Brot moves out of range easily.
August Jeaux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brot misses with a series of wild punches.
Jeaux waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Brot.
Brot is looking for the big counter here.
Brot gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Brot lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jeaux circles away quickly and effectively.
Brot tries to keep at a distance but Jeaux has taken the fight into the clinch.
Brot lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jeaux backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Brot throws a head punch that misses.
Brot lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jeaux backwards.
Jeaux with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Jeaux tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Brot just stands there and leans against the cage.
Brot breaks the clinch.
Brot moves forwards but Jeaux connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Brot connects with a right hand. Jeaux shakes it off.
Brot scores with a nice head shot.
Brot swats away the attempt to clinch by Jeaux.
Brot scores with a jab. Jeaux acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Nice straight punches there by Brot. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Brot.
Jeaux is rocked!
Jeaux closes the distance and pushes Brot back into the cage.
Oh Jeaux is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jeaux misses with a hook to the ribs.
Jeaux drags the fight down to the ground.
Brot in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Brot controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that August Jeaux will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Jeaux is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Brot looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Jeaux seems to have got his legs back now.
Jeaux lands a nice looking body shot.
Brot throws an off balance right hand
enabling Jeaux to counter with a crisp jab.
Brot lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jeaux tries to close the distance and clinch but Brot swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Torn Brot seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Jeaux wants to land a leg kick but Brot is out of range.
Brot fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jeaux is looking to slow Brot down with leg kicks.
Jeaux is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Brot bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Brot might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Jeaux dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Brot throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jeaux throws a predictable looking body shot
and Brot counters with a huge left! Jeaux is in big trouble! He's backing up but Brot isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Jeaux from any more damage. A dominating finish by Brot!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Torn Brot!
