Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Donovan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Maxim Menshikov!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donovan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Donovan defending well as Menshikov loads up on a big left hand.
Donovan is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Donovan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Menshikov.
Menshikov jabs Donovan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Donovan throws a right and a left that Menshikov avoids nicely.
Menshikov throws a hook but Donovan avoids it easily.
Donovan takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Dan Donovan has been cut.
Donovan slips a jab and a cross from Menshikov.
It looked like Donovan was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Menshikov.
Menshikov misses with an uppercut
and Donovan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Menshikov misses with a double jab.
Donovan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Menshikov.

Menshikov lands a left and a right that send Donovan crashing to the mat, dazed. Menshikov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Donovan is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Donovan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Menshikov feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Donovan sprawling to the canvas! Donovan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Menshikov finish him?!
Oh Donovan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Dan Donovan's cut is getting worse.
Menshikov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Donovan.
Menshikov lands a big right hook! Donovan looks hurt but is still standing! Menshikov lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Donovan falls down and Menshikov dives in with a huge hammer fist! Donovan's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Menshikov runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Maxim Menshikov!
A relieved looking Maxim Menshikov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
