Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bill Goldberg (ranked 2644 p4p, 3210 weight class) and Lubor Straka (ranked 365 p4p, 438 weight class). Goldberg comes into the arena with GOLDBERGS WCW INTRO MUSIC blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bill Goldberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lubor Straka!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straka slips a straight right by Goldberg.
Straka swinging wildly here.
Straka looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lubor Straka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Goldberg darts in looking for a takedown but Straka gets double underhooks and turns Goldberg into the cage.
Goldberg is fighting off a takedown attempt but Straka is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Goldberg to the mat. Goldberg regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Goldberg wants to sweep but no luck.
Goldberg on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Goldberg tries to get out of the position.
Goldberg has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Straka postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Goldberg is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Straka, into his guard.
Straka is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Goldberg is aware though and is defending well.
Goldberg got a little sloppy there for a moment and Straka has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Goldberg has managed to get both his arms back between Straka's legs - danger averted.
Goldberg lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Straka looking to hit a scissor sweep but Goldberg is one step ahead there.

Straka had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Goldberg defends it easily.
Straka keeping moving, preventing Goldberg from controlling successfully.
Goldberg keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Straka's head.
Goldberg is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Goldberg has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Goldberg gets to his feet and stands over Straka, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Straka felt that one! Goldberg unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Straka from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bill Goldberg!
Post fight, Bill Goldberg stared into the camera and said 'WHOSE NEXT?????!!!!'.
