Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Origen Alexandria!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Plainview!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexandria turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Alexandria tries to sprawl but Plainview drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Plainview wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alexandria keeps working.
Alexandria manages to get to full guard.
Alexandria has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Plainview can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Plainview trying to control but Alexandria is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Plainview drops back looking for a leg! Alexandria is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Alexandria manages to kick Plainview off! Plainview jumps back into Alexandria's guard.
Alexandria is trying to keep Plainview in close.

Plainview wants to control from the top but Alexandria keeps moving.
Alexandria is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Plainview is aware though and is defending well.
Plainview thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Alexandria is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Plainview wants to pass the guard but Alexandria is keeping the position.

Plainview has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Alexandria doesn't defend quickly enough and Plainview has managed to lock this one up! Can Alexandria escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Plainview on a fantastic submission victory.
