Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Quintus Dias (ranked 909 p4p, 998 weight class) and Korben Dallas (ranked 144 p4p, 161 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quintus Dias!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Korben Dallas!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dias motions for Dallas to come forward. Dias throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Despite the aggression on Dallas's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Dias just misses with a punch to the body.
Dias misses with a hook. Dallas ducked under it nicely.
Dias throws a right hand that Dallas ducks under and follows up with a left that Dallas also avoids with ease.
Dallas with the counter takedown but Dias avoids it easily.

so Dallas counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Dallas postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Dallas drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dallas jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

And Dallas tries to counter it with a takedown but Dias pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Dias throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Dallas dives in and scores a takedown into Dias's guard.
Dallas tries to free his leg and advance position but Dias is retaining full guard.
Dallas stops Dias from standing up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dias trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dallas lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Dias is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dallas is controlling him.

Dias wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Dallas manages to pass to side control.
Dallas tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dias knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Dallas is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dias has managed to free his arm - good work.
Dias is looking to escape.
Dallas is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Dallas throws an overhand right that lands on Dias's shoulder, as Dias tries to avoid the shot.

Dias looks to score with a jab to the body but Dallas is just out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dallas prevents Dias from getting back to his feet.

Dias is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dallas creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dias sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Dallas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dallas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Dallas wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dias keeps working.

Dias is wriggling around trying to escape but Dallas has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Dias taps out and Dallas picks up the big win! Great work there by Dallas!
