The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate Iii tests Sankari's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tate Iii scores with a shot to the body.
Sankari throws a sloppy head kick and Tate Iii moves out of range easily.

Tate Iii lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Sankari goes down! The ref sends Tate Iii to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Sankari is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

It looks like Sota Sankari has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tate Iii moves out of range as Sankari throws a body kick.
Tate Iii comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sankari looks winded!
Tate Iii closes the distance and lands a lead uppercut that stumbles Sankari back against the ropes! Tate Iii follows up with a jab and a huge straight right that knocks Sankari out cold! What a finish! Tate Iii looks absolutely delighted, as he should do! Congratulations that man!
