Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Prana Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tali Ihantala!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo keeps the fight on the outside.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Halo wants to free his trapped foot but Ihantala is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Halo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ihantala knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Halo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ihantala is just riding it out for now. Halo eventually gives up the hold.
Halo is working for an americana but Ihantala has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Halo was thinking about the submission.

Halo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ihantala tries to avoid it but Halo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ihantala to the ground. Ihantala escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A less than humble Prana Halo misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
