Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Sandoval (ranked 1939 p4p, 2351 weight class) and Kaoru Hanayama (ranked 251 p4p, 299 weight class). Hanayama is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Plan Three - Triggers. Both these guys have really solid chins. Sandoval blocks a jab.

Hanayama throws out a loose jab but Sandoval uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sandoval misses the shot to the body.
Hanayama swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Sandoval throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hanayama sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sandoval uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hanayama.
Hanayama takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Sandoval cracks a nice hook into Hanayama's ribs.
Sandoval takes a swing at Hanayama's ribcage but misses.
Sandoval throws a shot from downtown. Hanayama moves away and avoids it.

Hanayama gets caught napping as Sandoval dives in and scores a takedown. Hanayama manages to retain guard.
Hanayama is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Hanayama has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Sandoval doesn't defend quickly enough and Hanayama has managed to lock this one up! Can Sandoval escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hanayama on a fantastic submission victory.
