The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pawlikowski displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hajjar throws out the jab.
It looked like Pawlikowski wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Oh Pawlikowski is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hajjar lands a nice hook to Pawlikowski's body. Pawlikowski takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Hajjar is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Pawlikowski had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Hajjar stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hajjar is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Pawlikowski walks straight into a right hand from Hajjar - that's dropped him! Hajjar jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Pawlikowski from any more punishment! Pawlikowski complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
