The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ipitan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gregor paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gregor avoids the head kick by Ipitan.
Ipitan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gregor has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ipitan.
Ipitan tries to close the distance and clinch but Gregor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ipitan scores with a push kick.

Gregor lands a big uppercut and Ipitan crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ipitan looks OK. Gregor waves Ipitan back to his feet!

It looks like King Ipitan has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ipitan wants to clinch up but Gregor keeps it at a distance.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Ipitan.
Ipitan scores with a head kick. Gregor tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Ipitan throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Ipitan lands with a slapping head kick.
Gregor has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ipitan.

Gregor cracks Ipitan with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gregor has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ipitan to stand back up!

That has opened up King Ipitan's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Crunch! Ipitan slams his shin into Gregor's torso.
Gregor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ipitan.

Ipitan throws a sloppy head kick and Gregor moves out of range easily.
Gregor swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
An inside leg kick lands from Ipitan.
Ipitan connects with a high kick.
Ipitan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gregor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gregor is looking to counter punch.

Gregor gets tackled into the cage by Ipitan. Ipitan maintains the clinch.
Ipitan misses with a punch on the inside.

Gregor lands a right hand.

The cut above King Ipitan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Ipitan tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Gregor avoids it.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Ipitan.
Gregor misses with the head strike.
Gregor makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

King Ipitan's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ipitan.
A right handed body shot lands from Gregor.
Ipitan looks winded!
Gregor throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ipitans head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at King Ipitan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
