Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rude clinches.
Dastardly has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Dastardly is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Rude lands a hook that snaps the head of Dastardly backwards.
Dastardly stalling in the clinch but Rude improves position.

Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Dastardly doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Dastardly tries to work over Rude's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Dastardly tries to break the clinch but Rude is controlling the position.
Rude lands with a left to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dastardly 's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dastardly tries to circle away but Rude has him pinned against the cage.

Dastardly is trying to push Rude away but Rude has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Dastardly looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Nice body punch from Rude - that landed with a thud.
Rude slows down the pace here.
A nice left hand lands by Rude.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Rude pushes Dastardly back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rude creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Rude unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Dastardly ! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Rude is unloading with more strikes now! Dastardly drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Rude!
Rick Rude looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I'm just......RAVISHING '.
