Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damian Tonon (ranked 991 p4p, 2270 weight class) and Venali Paetmar (ranked 137 p4p, 293 weight class). Paetmar has chosen Powerwolf - Amen & Attack as his entrance music. Damian Tonon is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tonon gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Paetmar to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Paetmar stands up over Tonon, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tonon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Paetmar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tonon has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Paetmar should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tonon has tightened it up now! Paetmar should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Damian Tonon started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
