Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Lee (ranked 634 p4p, 917 weight class) and Jock Strap (ranked 102 p4p, 129 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jock Strap!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lands with an uppercut that bounces Strap off the cage and back into range.
Lee throws a jab when Strap was well out of range.
Lee looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lee moves out of range of the strikes.
Strap lands a nice shot to the body.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Strap.
Strap tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Strap has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Strap misses with an uppercut
and Lee counters with a right hand to the body.
Lee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Strap.

Jock Strap seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lee throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lee swings for the body but Strap moves out of range.
Lee lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Lee throws an overhand right that lands on Strap's shoulder, as Strap tries to avoid the shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lee.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Strap misses the shot to the body.
Strap throws a looping overhand right but Lee ducks down to avoid it.

Strap moves into the clinch successfully.
Lee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Strap is defending well for now.

Lee lands a good knee to the midsection. Strap won't want to take too many of those.

Strap throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Strap takes one on the button.
A slapping leg kick lands for Lee.
Strap dips to his left and cracks Lee with an uppercut!
Strap looks to land a left hand but Lee moved out of range nicely.
Lee scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Strap fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lee, pushing him back against the cage.
Strap blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Strap misses with some punches.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lee blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Strap.
Strap takes a knee to the side of the body.
Strap looks winded!

Lee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Oooooh!!! Lee has knocked Strap down with a huge combo! Lee steps away and waves a wobbly Strap back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Strap is rocked!
Strap moves out of range of the body kick.
Strap is still on wobbly legs! Can Lee finish him?
Lee slips a jab from Strap.
Strap fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lee manages to avoid it.
Strap seems to have recovered his senses.
Strap throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Strap takes a kick to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Strap misses the shot to the body.
Lee lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Nice body kick there by Lee.
Lee scores with a jab. Strap acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Strap swings widly with a right hand
and Lee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lee throws out a loose jab but Strap uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lee fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Strap has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lee changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Lee dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Strap. That did some damage!
A telegraphed right hand from Strap misses the target.
Lee attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Strap tries to counter by closing the distance.
Strap paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Strap rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lee lands a knee to the head.
Lee has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Strap - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Lee, and another! Strap is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Jimmy Lee!
A determined Jimmy Lee didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
