Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shane Pulver (ranked 3079 p4p, 3760 weight class) and Ron Rousey (ranked 354 p4p, 420 weight class). Rousey is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by USA JUDO ANTHEM. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rousey looks to land a left hand but Pulver moved out of range nicely.
It looked like Pulver wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Pulver has his takedown stuffed
and Rousey cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Shane Pulver has been cut.
A nice leg kick from Pulver, right into the meat of the thigh.
Rousey scores with a jab to the head.
Pulver is rocked!
A head kick misses from Pulver.
Oh Pulver is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rousey ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Pulver out cold! The fight is over!
