The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cejudo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lalla's half guard.
Lalla moves into full guard.
Cejudo wants to control from the top but Lalla keeps moving.

Cejudo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Lalla to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Cejudo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Lalla pulls down on the head and he's put Cejudo to sleep! This one is all over!

Henry Cejudo was interviewed post fight and said 'Sometimes when you think something is shiny and gold, it tends to be rusted and bronze, but that's just the way it is, man.'.
