Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Bunyan (ranked 2722 p4p, 2126 weight class) and Fedor Emperor (ranked 337 p4p, 260 weight class). Emperor has chosen Enae Volare Mezzo as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Paul Bunyan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paul Bunyan !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fedor Emperor!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunyan takes one to the side of the head.
Bunyan drives through with a takedown into Emperor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Bunyan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Emperor manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bunyan has Emperor in his guard.
Emperor is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Emperor connects with a couple of short punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bunyan looking for a guillotine here but Emperor defends easily.
Bunyan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Emperor slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bunyan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Emperor is aware though and is defending well.
Emperor stays in close to Bunyan 's body and controls the position.
Emperor avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Emperor stands up over Bunyan , holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Emperor content to stall in guard here.
Emperor passes Bunyan 's left leg - he's now in half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bunyan is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Emperor pulls his head out easily.
Emperor scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Bunyan is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Emperor stalling.

Bunyan looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Emperor looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Bunyan throws an overhand right that lands on Emperor's shoulder, as Emperor tries to avoid the shot.
Bunyan shoots in but no luck this time.
No luck for Bunyan with that takedown attempt.
Emperor lands a big right hand that sends Bunyan crashing to the mat! Emperor stays standing though and waves Bunyan back to his feet!
Bunyan is rocked!
It looks like Paul Bunyan has been cut.
Bunyan ducks into an uppercut from Emperor and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Fedor Emperor!
During a confident post fight interview, Fedor Emperor thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Paul Bunyan spoke after the fight, saying 'well back to the gym, and try to figure out what Im doing so wrong with planning. '.
